Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Expert with strong hands-on experience in CRM customizations, integrations, Power Platform, Power Portals, and Azure services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions, ensuring performance optimization, and managing seamless solution movement across environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Build plugins, custom workflows, and custom APIs
- Develop and enhance CRM integrations
Power Platform & Portal
- Implement and customize Power Portal for external-facing applications
- Develop and manage Power Automate flows for business automation
Integration & Azure Services
- Integrate CRM with external systems using:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- Batch processing
Deployment & Environment Management
- Manage solution movement across Dev, UAT, and Production
- Ensure version control and deployment integrity
Performance & Monitoring
- Perform performance tuning and optimization
- Use Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics
Troubleshooting & Debugging
- Debug issues across:
- Frontend (JavaScript, Portals)
- Backend (Plugins, Workflows)
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with functional consultants and stakeholders
- Gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Prepare technical documentation for development and deployment
