Java Engineer 

Job Description

• Strong exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD), Design Driven Development, and Cloud Native Development
• Proficient in Java SE 12+ with hands-on experience in:
  • Generics, Reflection, Multithreading
  • Annotations, JPA, JMS
  • Functional Programming, Lambda Expressions, Java Streams
• Experience with build and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Gradle
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Boot) for building web applications and services
• Experience with MS SQL and database design, query optimization
• Hands-on experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Postman / Swagger for API testing and documentation
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Knowledge of application security (authentication, authorization, data protection)
• Good to have experience with AWS services:
  • SQS, Lambda, S3
  • Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, ECS

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design server-side architecture and technical documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and scope new features
• Develop and maintain APIs
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Ensure code quality and adherence to industry standards
• Help define coding standards and best practices
• Perform code reviews and validations
• Stay updated with latest technology trends and suggest improvements
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
