Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer / ETL Developer with strong expertise in data engineering, AWS cloud services, and healthcare insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using modern data tools and frameworks.
- Work extensively with SQL, SAS, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Build and optimize data workflows using AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and EMR.
- Perform complex data analysis to support business and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and data analysts.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the healthcare insurance domain.
Technical Skills
Must Have
• 5+ years of ETL/Data Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and SAS
• Experience with AWS services (Redshift, S3, EMR)
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance domain
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ETL tools (traditional or cloud-based)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
