Job Description: We are seeking an experienced API Developer with a strong background in Apigee and Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing APIs, as well as a deep understanding of API management platforms. This role involves end-to-end development, unit testing, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage APIs using Apigee. • Develop and execute unit tests for API components and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Implement fault handling, logging, and monitoring solutions to enhance API reliability. • Provide testing support, troubleshoot defects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and mitigate development roadblocks. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all work, adhering to industry standards and methodologies.

Primary Skills:

• Apigee • JavaScript

Nice to Have:

• Jenkins • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Basics • Postman • Bitbucket

Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience with Apigee. • Proficiency in Java with at least 1-2 years of practical experience. • Strong understanding of API lifecycle management and development processes. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
