Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong web design background and a passion for creating user-friendly, engaging web applications.

Responsibilities:

* Create visually appealing and functional web designs based on project requirements. * Hand-code web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to produce design assets. * Collaborate with non-technical business partners to understand requirements and develop solutions. * Maintain and update existing web content to ensure consistency and functionality.

Required Skills:

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional web design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to hand-code web pages. * Adobe Tools: At least 3 years of experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

* SharePoint Online: 2 years of experience customizing SharePoint Online. * Frameworks: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. * Version Control: Basic understanding of Git and familiarity with Bootstrap.
