Experience:8-10 Yrs

Mandatory Skills:Tech Stack - Asp.Net, C#, SQL

Technical Skills

-Should have experience in c#, ASP.Net, Api's, MVC etc -Should have strong experience in MS SQL Server. -Should have hands on experience in designing and understanding complex relational databases. -Should have experience in performance optimizations on SQL database/query. -Should have experience in writing SQL queries for complex relational databases. -Should have good problem solving skills.  Project & Delivery Ownership -Should have experience in effort estimation, planning, task assignment, and status tracking. -Should have experience in complete software lifecycle from requirement gathering/discussion, development/implementation to deployment and maintenance. -Should have handle multiple projects at a time. -Should have experience in handling team and collaboration skills. -Should have good work ethics and provide motivation to team members.  Documentation & Communication -Should be capable of preparing technical documentation (design docs, deployment guides, user manuals). -Should have strong communication skills for client interactions and internal presentations.
