ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) along with experience in development, configuration, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, VRM, TPRM)
• Develop and enhance IRM Workspaces, Service Portals, dashboards, and reports
• Build and maintain:
  • Business Rules
  • UI Policies
  • Script Includes (client & server-side scripting)
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Manage Vendor Risk and Third-Party Risk lifecycle
• Perform system administration, upgrades, and user support
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules:
  • Risk Management
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Audit Management
  • VRM & TPRM
• Hands-on experience with Workspace & Portal development
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes)
• Experience in REST / SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of:
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Audit, Controls & Assessments
  • Continuous Monitoring & Risk Scoring
  • Regulatory Compliance Frameworks

Good to Have

• Experience in SecOps modules (SIR / Vulnerability Response)

Preferred Certifications

• CIS – Risk & Compliance / Vendor Risk / Audit Management / BCM
• CSA – ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• CAD – Certified Application Developer
