Architect Manager Lead (Hyper Automation IPA/RPA )

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect (Manager Level) specializing in Hyperautomation (IPA/RPA) to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in solution architecture, integration frameworks, and automation platforms, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Governance

• Define and enforce Hyperautomation architecture standards & best practices
• Conduct architecture reviews across automation and integration projects
• Ensure scalability, consistency, and sustainability

Governance & Compliance

• Establish governance frameworks and processes
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Perform audits and architectural reviews

Solution Leadership

• Lead end-to-end architecture design and delivery of automation solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Drive innovation in IPA and RPA solutions

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Influence senior-level decision-making

Mentorship & Team Development

• Mentor architects and team members
• Promote continuous learning and innovation
• Drive knowledge sharing culture

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Strong expertise in Hyperautomation (IPA/RPA)
• Experience with RPA tools:
  • UiPath
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture & integration design
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • API integrations
  • Microservices architecture
  • Cloud-based architectures
• Strong understanding of architecture governance & compliance
• Experience delivering large-scale automation solutions

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Process Mining / Task Mining tools
• Experience with:
  • DevOps practices
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Docker / Kubernetes
• Certifications in RPA or Cloud technologies
• Experience in Agile / SAFe environments
• Exposure to AI/ML-based automation & Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
